Dear Crossroads Animal Hospital Clients,
For more than 41 wonderful years, Crossroads Animal Hospital has been honored to care for the pets and families of Burnsville and the surrounding communities from our home at 14321 Nicollet Court. This fall, redevelopment plans mean we have to say goodbye to our current building—but we are also looking ahead with excitement to a bright new chapter.
We are pleased to share that Crossroads Animal Hospital will merge with WellHaven Burnsville Animal Clinic, located just 1 mile away at 13748 Nicollet Avenue in Burnsville.
As part of this transition, our hospital name will also be changed to incorporate both hospitals. We’ll share more details soon, but please know the heart of Crossroads—our doctors, support team, and commitment to your pets—will remain the same.
This move allows us to bring together two caring, AAHA-accredited teams with one shared commitment: providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care for you and your pets in a welcoming, familiar community.
Dr. Anna Davies, Dr. Julie Michels, Dr. Tracy Langevin, Dr. Eva Etoll, Dr. Mike Strecker, and the entire Crossroads support team are truly grateful for your trust. Most importantly, you will continue to see the familiar faces you know and love, along with even more support and resources to care for your pets.

To help our team remain focused on patient care during the transition, we kindly ask that clients look for these updates first and call only for urgent medical needs or appointment-related questions.
